INJURED!!!!!!!, help guys i'm in pain.

Thanks man, yea floor GM's are just sitting on the floor with legs spread out then with the bar you go down as far as you can I guess and come back up. I'm guessin hyperextensions would be good too, but for me right now not since it does put some strain altogether. Thanks for askin about my back. Right now yes it stil hurts like a bitch. All i've been doing is laying down watchin tv since tuesday and takin aleve for the pain. I tried bending over today like doing a GM but just with my weight of course and when I got about half way I felt a pain strike in that L-spine so I said "forget doin shit for a while". So until I get that MRI or checked up with the ortho i'm not doin shit, not even recoup work until I know what I have besides pinch nerves and muscle spasms(which I truly think is bullshit b/c I have muscle spasms on my shoulder from a car accident a while ago and it doesn't hurt as bad as my back does).

OK went to the ortho today and he said "it looks like you pulled a muscle, nothing too serious you can stil do your regular workouts and I'm gonna give you a prescription for motrin 800mg".

So what I'm gonna do is go back to doing legs next week and work low back with high rep and low weight for about a month and then go up slowly and see how it feels. I'll do DE squats with like 40%,43%,46%50%, then go up the next month to 50%,53,etc and same for DL's to get the feel of it again.
