Infection help

Well Mutha F$@#&. Second day of my cycle and I think I have a f-ing infection. My first shot was 250mg of Testenpro into my delt. Done the delt shot plenty of times with success. Used a 5/8" needle....3 Hours after injection, it hurts like a bitch and I have a crazy fever. Im thinking its the test prop thats in the testenpro, or that I didnt mix the bottle before sucking the juice into the syringe.
Today, it is hurting much less then yesterday..but it is red and swollen as fuck. I dont want to have to stop my cycle..ive been waiting for this thing since the end of the summer.
Anyways, I have Cephalexin..so I'm contemplating on whether to take that. Keep in mind, there is no weird discolouration..just red, and it is swollen..no lumps...

Should I give it a day to see if it heals, or should I take the anti-biotics and restart the cycle next week?

Give it a couple more days, one day is not enough to tell. If it continues to get worse over the next few days, go see a doc. If it's getting better, it's most likely just a reaction from the BA...
