not entirely, i just go lift. not much structure or goals. But I just started the Rippetoe 3x5 workout Wednesday hopefully that help me keep stuff organized.
im just trying to get stronger for running and soccer/ultimate frisbee/softball.
Well, you said you wanted strength training so rippetoes is good in that aspect. If you want to train specifically for soccer, i don't know if doing rippetoes is ideal. However, you do have some time until the season starts so if you were to do rippetoes until the end of June (3 1/2 months), you could see where you are and maybe switch to a more soccer-specific routine.
