I'm Sorry But I Think Squats with Spotters Is the Gayest Looking Exercise in the Gym

I guess you must be a little SLOW. Once again I do DO LEGS!!! I just don't do squats. And Valdez you are going to be the one that can fuck off because once you hurt one of those disc in your back from doing squats you ain't going to be fucking anything.

Yes, I know triceps make of the 2/3 of the arm's size. I just picked curling because One Arm Tricep Pushdowns(my favorite exercise)was too long to use as a user name.

Man, I can not believe how much shit I have taken off this silly little thread(that was just suppose to be in fun). Sheesh some of you meatheads need to lighten up a little. Life is too short for all this strife.

If you use good form it is unlikely that you'll slip a disc or do any other damage to your back whilst squatting.
I used to get back problems when I was young.....compliments of an accident on a construction site. I still squat and deadlift and never get any back problems. If anything these two exercises have helped rather than doing more damage.

You are right about people needing to lighten up....but you cant blame them. Most of them have learnt the hard way that you need the big compound exercises, that happen to be tough, in order to make progress.

Thanks for the imnotdutch and thanks for the tone of your post too. I don't know but for some reasons hurt me worse than I think they are good for me. So I will just go heavy on weight and sets on the ole leg press to make up fro not doing squats.

I can't believe you didn't realise you would get flamed for making a remark like " why bother training your legs, because baggy shorts are in fashion " and you certainly sounded serious enough to me.The sun hardly ever shines here so in that case why should any of us train at all ???

curling is not strong enough mentally to come even close to being pro - not to mention physically - for all we know, he has the legs of a 13 year old hitting puberty. all curling does is curl and wear baggy shorts, as they are in fashion.

i agree with mic - he *is* gay.

As far as the pro thing like I said I am not or really even care to be. I do other sports like wakeboarding & motorcross and when you get that big your not as agile. I mean I wanna be good size but not as big as those dudes.

I do however have bigger legs than a 13 year old. Sheesh. I'll measure tonight and post tomorrow. AND ONE MORE FREAKING TIME I DO DO LEGS. I JUST DON'T DO SQUATS!!! COMPRENDE(that means do you "understand" in spanish).
