No offence but if he was doing them correctly the spine wouldnt be totally curved. If it was, the guy was lifting a weight he couldnt handle properly.
Alot of doctors still think that squats will wreck your knees.....that shows what most of em know about proper form.

That's cool. My bulking cycle doesn't start until Mid August. I do want to let you and others know that afterall these discussions ya'll had with me(and flames) really got me thinking about working my legs even harder. I still don't think I will do squats though just stick with leg press to simulate that exercise.
fyi some doctor told me the other day that they(doctors studying the effects of squats on the back) took an x-ray of a dude while he was squating and his spine was totally curved and he was doing them correctly.
So be careful when you are squating.
