I'm Sorry But I Think Squats with Spotters Is the Gayest Looking Exercise in the Gym

....1/2 inch bigger than me (I got 6months training), and you´ve done cycles before?

Where the fuck are your pics you freak'n teenage mosquito? Actually I have only done one cycle(which got screwed up because my deca went bad) and I have actually been working legs for about the same amount of time as you. When I first started lifting I didn't work legs, I was doing it just to get in shape but then I got more serious about lifting and building then I started doing legs. So while I might have been lifting for a couple of years, I have only done legs for 6 to 8 months(can't remember for sure).

Second I never said I was going to post pics I said I would measure and then post. If you want pics so bad, post yours.

And maybe the reason your legs are 24" is because you are 15 with natural growth harmorne running through your system or you just a plain fat ass.

hey man your leg size isnt anything to brag about.
we are both at an unimpressive size - maybe not for you, your legs are as you want them .

ill check back with you in a couple of months with my new leg size after my bulking phase. i hope you do the same - i wanna see how important squats are for growth and if you can really use something else for real growth.
then perhaps we can stop bugging u about the no legs issue.

That's cool. My bulking cycle doesn't start until Mid August. I do want to let you and others know that afterall these discussions ya'll had with me(and flames) really got me thinking about working my legs even harder. I still don't think I will do squats though just stick with leg press to simulate that exercise.

fyi some doctor told me the other day that they(doctors studying the effects of squats on the back) took an x-ray of a dude while he was squating and his spine was totally curved and he was doing them correctly.

So be careful when you are squating.

(Don't know if it would make sense to have a spotter behind you when doing deadlifts, but it's funny nevertheless)

What do you mean was I the doctor? Man you French have an attitude. I SAID my doctor said they did a study at HIS college and they saw the spine curve during the exercise. I was just trying to share that with you before you walk like a chimp for the rest of your life.
