Wud up guys??? I've been out of the gym for about 6 months or so due to a nutts schedule..But my life has slowed down and im ready to get back in the gym. I know i have missed alot but willing to work exgtra hard to make up for lost time. I am up to about 12.5% BF and i feel like a fat ass. I need help to get back into shape for next summer.. Please help me Omega, im ready to do this. I also need help with my diet.
