Hey bros
They say time heals all wounds - well the time was just under 3 months from the time my left nipple started itching, 13 weeks post cycle ( estrogen rebound), and the time I could no longer feel a trace of lump or pain. Yes I used anastroz. all through and up until the end of a proper clomid finish-but it got me anyways.
Man I'll tell you I was quite convinced that my only cure would be surgery. It F'in hurt like hell for weeks. There did seem to be a direct correlation between the amount of heavy lifting I did at the gym and a reduction in size and tenderness, a fact that i will definitely remember in my next recovery phase.
Now that I have been out of the woods for more than 2 months my question is am I now more susceptable to gyno? And any suggestions on how to prevent estregen rebound 10-15 weeks post cycle would be much appreciated.
Thanks guys
