here is a sammich you would like:

TOUCHDOWN DELUXE

sliced and toasted bagel for bread... add small amt of mayo...
take some sliced turkey breast... warm and brown is slightly in a pan... pile it high on the bagel...
while this is going on fry an egg (or over hard)... put the egg on the piled high turkey..
add some cheese (I prefer american with this)
lettuce and tomato...
