great week in the books, no real changes training is brilliant and weight came down just a touch but also saw some lower bf levels agree dropping back to a rest day cals last week so worked perfectly.
I’m happy with physique sitting at this weight till push phase happens anyway. Photos are happy and training has been amazing !!!
