Full day of eating !! Lots of volume as I’m still starving which is pretty normal post comp with grelin so high and constant look for dopamine fix coming back out of the hole. But holding absolutely beautiful and staying whole food and clean as always.

I do one off meal which normally consists of sushi or a steak out with the mrs and that fixes me for the week. Checkin tomorrow so will post that but will be very today as we have held our own though the last 3 weeks post show.

110g rice flour
100g blueberries
150g strawberries
45g whey
10g 95% dark chocolate

another good week in the books, physique is taking this phase so well.
Got bloods back and everything is pretty perfect really.
Test was in a good range and flying.

We are holding off on push just yet as tbh I’m growing well anyway and I’m strong with plenty of runway ahead.

Slight change up as we are seeing some unwanted higher end blood glucose readings at 6.2-6.5 so plan this week is put a rest day drop off in and pull carbs later in the day to do a 14-16 hour fast every rest day to hopefully keep insulin sensitivity in a better place.

Apart from that just continue to get better by the day

Yeah will hold better condition if we can get it back in line quick, but have been pushing high carb every day for a bit now so will be nice to get a good break anyway with protein only meals.

Plus I get married in February and the suit is tight already and biggest size regular shop has so we’re pushing it 😂😂
yeah the issue is with the pants. will be super tight around those quads/hammies. gotta have them special made :) @Poprox

@Poprox man that’s crazy how well you know your body how you can fix everything just like you’re doing your blood glucose levels. It’s really cool to see somebody know themselves like that. Keep it up.
