I was on a if lifestyle for 3 years and loved it. But had to change it because i now work on Really different times everyday. Somedays i work 0600-1400 and maybe next day 1500-2200. And i cant really find time to eat 2-3 meals while at work. And moving the meals around everyday make me so hungry
Anyone work shifts or something like me and manage to get if going? Any good ideas?
