If you can't get to the gym till 7 or 8, lift for an hour or so, PWO shake at 9, does that mean you should eat again at 10? Right before bed? Or is it that bad to have the WM/Protein as a last meal? (on a cutting diet currently)
Basically I don't want to have to eat my last meal at 10pm...I can get 5 meals in before I work out, and the shake would be my sixth...
