If your last meal of the day is a PWO shake....

If you can't get to the gym till 7 or 8, lift for an hour or so, PWO shake at 9, does that mean you should eat again at 10? Right before bed? Or is it that bad to have the WM/Protein as a last meal? (on a cutting diet currently)

Basically I don't want to have to eat my last meal at 10pm...I can get 5 meals in before I work out, and the shake would be my sixth...
 
you really need at least 2 meals after w/o. the post w/o is all about quick digesting macros. the last meal before bed if you are sleaping more that 4 hours at a time is all about slowing digestion down. even then its still not that good.
 
some people cant help but workout at night, though its better to workout earlier and feed your muscles throughout the day. after you workout, get in a protein shake with plenty of protein and simple carbs, and whatever other supps (creatine, etc.). an hour later, eat a full meal. even if cutting, your muscles need recovery because remember, the more muscle you build the more fat you will burn.
 
if thats you in the picture bro, looks like you need to gain some weight, what i would if i was you is after you drink your protein after workout, wait one hour and pig out andthen go to sleep :chomp::chomp::chomp::chomp::chomp:
