Being a personal trainer and we NEVER CHEAT, by the way!!! i would tell him its all down to hard training and good nutrition. i would offer him some training tips at a higher rate however. lol
I get asked often. Seeing as how ton's of pigs workout there, I always say that I don't spend endless hours in the gym, go in twice a week and do all compound movements and eat well. And it's not far off from the truth. The juice is just icing on the cake.
someone walked up to me today in the gym and asked "all natural?" i said hell yes and he started talking about how he took creatine back in highschool and it blew him up, he kept going on and on about organic fruit and veggies and suppliments where bad, i jus smiled and walked away and said "creatine ha i got to get some of that" lol
