Quad, do you notice increased side effects now that....well....your not as young as you used to be? I seem to notice elevated by and my nips get a lil more sensitive then i remember?

So being a dick is something new? ;) lol j/k I'm about to come off of my cycle in a few weeks & it's depressing me already! I ran a lower dosed cycle to get back into the swing of things after being off for over 2.5yrs. I plan on going big on the next one, I have gotten back up to where I was when I left off only with a little more thickness.

What do you think of running gh at 33yrs old? I was going to wait for a couple more years, but figure wtf, if it's beneficial, why wait! More so than age, how good is it w/out running slin with it? I plan on running Test cyp, tren, EQ, kicking off with 4 weeks of d-bol, finishing up w/4 weeks of winny. I don't want to waste cash on gh if it's not going to be anything impressive & slin just freaks me the hell out. I'm already naturally lean so I could care less about that benefit, I'm lookin for mass I'm back up to 254 btw & estimate somewhere around 9%.

It's not really too complicated, and dieting shouldnt be. That's the only comfort you get when dieting, it's a routine, like a job. Lean meats (chicken, turkey, 93% ground beef) and fish with green veggies throughout the day, some rice with the morning meals, cut off carbs after 4-5 pm, and supplement with a good protein powder. The dedication and discipline is what makes it hard, and what separates competitors from everyone else.

EDIT: Quad just started his diet so he might be eating carbs with all his meals, but I'm pretty sure he'll cut them out mid afternoon starting 8 weeks out.

It is actually all one long cycle but this is the size part. yeah for the most part that and veggies and oatmeal in the morning. Cream and PB in the shakes...fucking 18 scoops of powder a day!
