Ideas for eating Oatmeal?

Snarling Force

I'm eating a lot of Oatmeal these days but so far its just water and the oats and that gets really boring really fast. Any healthy ideas for spicing or flavoring oatmeal up? Thanks in advance!!

Stevia, cinnamon, mashed banana, chopped apple, berries, honey, even dried fruit if you are not concerned about the excess sugars...

Cook in vanilla extract or peppermint oil, half milk and half water (use low-carb milk if you are watching your BF and if you have it in your area).

Do a google search for a thing called 'DaVinci syrups'... No food will ever be bland. :)

Dried cranberries & 1/2 of a granny smith apple. Throw in some cinnamon. Cook it al together & you're set. I also cook it with my eggs and vegetables. It looks ugly that way, but tastes good with some cholula.

i eat a hearty bowl every day, abd put in maybe 2 teaspoons of sugar. is that really going to kill me?

Not sure whether this is a rhetorical question or not (?), but if you are trying to lose BF, you should be eliminating sucrose from your diet. If you are trying to gain mass and not worried about BF, it shouldn't be too much of a problem, especially at breakfast when your muscles are more sentive to insulin and you are less likely to store fat.

splenda ? It's pretty good on lots of things- I think jencats suggests it on things alot, and that's where I heard about it
