Well...I have had my ups as well as my downs on this carb cycling...I THINK I like it and I think I see results, though I have had A LOT of trouble trying to get my low carb days balanced to fit ME. I guess we learn as we go, and if we need to we change things up a bit we do.
Lets just say, that I still have a lot of learning to go, but I will get it down, eventually!! heeehee
If I may ask, you did carb cycling right? IF so, what cycle worked best for you did you feel? Or are you still experimenting?
Thank you so much for the compliment Aries. I can not tell you how much that made me smile this morning and how much I truly needed that!! THANK YOU
THOUGH, I have to say...that you looked pretty hot at the contest!! I was so proud of you!!!
Hope you have a fabulous week aries and best of luck with your new log!! I am sooooo excited to follow it

IM SO SORRRRYYY I took forever to read this. Ive been laying low for the last week. I APOLOGIZE.... Im gonna take this opportunity to thank you for all of your support ....and you really thought I was hot?? YOU MADE MY DAY!!!
-The carb cycling thing worked out for me so good. Actually, it made the whole contest training possible. Sassy should get the credit for the cycle I did since she told me how its all done. What worked for me was staying under 70g/day for like 3-4 days. The reason I say 3-4 is b.c it varied. I had to pay attention to how I feel. It was usually the 4th day. WHat I looked for was feeling sluggish and very tired-sort of dizzy. That day I would bump the carbs to almost 140g. It was usually just an extra brown rice/oatmeal/sweet potato serving. Pre-workout
It took a few practice runs to figure out what way worked for me but I think what I did was the standard. Im counting on carb cycling for the next contest
-Good luck, and I promise to keep up with the logs from now on
