I ask because sometimes my work cafeteria has prepared items that look somewhat clean but since I can't really look at the ingredients or how it was prepared, I just pass and stick to chicken breast and veggies.

HAAA - great question!! I have to just guesstimate using fitday (I have the extended version), that is why sometimes I leave a little room for error on my cals and macros!! It is VERY hard to get exacts...THOUGH, chips and salsa macros are on the bag and container - heehee :verygood:

7:30 AM
9 egg whites
½ cup honeydew
1/3 cup oatmeal
- 1 sesapure
- 1 T-Rex


11:00 AM
1.5 egg whites (darn little things wouldn’t PEEL)
2 whole eggs

1:00 PM – GYM
40 min of incline walking with 1 min sprints every five min
2x10 need-size sit ups
1x12 single leg hypers
GREAT WORKOUT TODAY!!!


2:15 PM
6 oz boiled chicken breast
¼ cup onions
1/5 cup mushrooms
¼ cup cabbage
1 slice of provolone cheese
- 1 sesapure
- 1 T-Rex


5:45 PM
4.5 oz boiled chicken breast
¾ cup broccoli
¼ cup cabbage
1/5 cup mushrooms
¼ cup onions
- 1 sesapure

8:00 PM
Handful of nuts
- 2 ZMA
- 2 sprays of oxycalm


*5.25 liters of water
*2 liter of Green Tea


Total Calories = 1106
Protein 154g (59%)
Carbs 36g (11%)
Fat 36g (29%)
Fiber 8g
 
Howdy pal!!! Hmmm... calories looking a little low whats up? BUt besides that everything still looking good!!!
 
HEY Fly and sbt!!! Thanks so much for you support and for stoppin in to check up on me. Cals are low because of the two low carb days. However, tomorrow they shall be HIGHER!! whoooaaa :p :p

I am going to try and get pictures taken tonight and then I will post them tomorrow (be afraid!!) :qt:

1 sm gala apple
- 2 sprays of oxycalm

1:15 PM
5 oz grilled chicken breast
1/3 cup coleslaw
1/5 cup mushrooms
¼ cup onions
- 1 sesapure
- 1 T-Rex


4:30 PM
Protein Drink (1 scoop) mixed with water
10 almonds

8:00 PM - Planned (may try to add something else little, just to try and get the cals up to 1200 or so, but we shall see what they have :verygood: )
