Just wanted to post in your log and let you know I read it... Glad to see nothing about sugary foods :) Messing with you!
 
Keep most posted on the t-rex. I'm going to need some kind of appetite suppressant myself... and soon. It's been a horrible week; hunger has been distracting me at work!

I know IP hasn't had too much luck with T-Rex as an appetite suppressant, but just wanted to let you know that it really works well for me. I pop just one in the morning at breakfast time and I definitely can tell a difference through the entire day in terms of lack of hunger. The days I forget to take my t-rex, I am always antsy.

Gal Darnit! I forgot mine at breakfast. Would have been a perfect time too - LOTS of food to buffer the belly. Well, lunch it is then.....

7:15 AM
2.5 egg whites
¾ cup honeydew
½ cup oatmeal
- 1 sesapure
- 1 T-Rex


10:30 AM
2 egg whites
2 whole egg
1 sm apple

12:45 PM – GYM
Did 3 sets of each. 2 sets of 12 and 1 set of 10.
Squat: 65/75/95
Bench: 55/65/75
Bent Rows: 55/65/75
15 min of incline walking with 5 sprints every 3 min

1:45 PM
PWO Shake (1 scoop) mixed with Gatorade and water

2:45 PM
3 oz boiled chicken breast
¼ cup onions
1/5 cup mushrooms
½ cup broccoli
- 1 sesapure
- 1 T-Rex


5:30 PM
1 sm granny smith apple

8:30 PM
3 oz boiled chicken breast
2 cup Tortilla chips
¼ cup salsa
2 cookies
2 slices of bread
- 2 sesapure
- 2 ZMA


*7 liters of water
*1 liter of Green Tea


Total Calories = 1495
Protein 122g (33%)
Carbs 159g (41%)
Fat 43g (25%)
Fiber 17g
 
It took a few practice runs to figure out what way worked for me but I think what I did was the standard. Im counting on carb cycling for the next contest :)
I think I am still on my practice runs...even 1 month into the cycling!! heehee So, if you took in less then 70g of carbs for 3-4 days in a row...how high was your protein intake?

I am not sure I am the best one to ask about T-Rex...I love the ENERGY it gives me, but as far as the appetite suppressant (for me) is non existant, I am STILL starvin!! BUT, I know that a TON of girls on this board have had A lot of success with it suppressing their appetites!! :verygood:
