Thanks so much girls for all of your encouraging words and support!! I have upped my cals the past two days and I feeling a TON better. I just hope that the progress continues!!! ;)

LOW CARB DAY!!

7:15 AM
9 egg whites
½ cup cantaloupe
¼ cup oatmeal
- 1 sesapure
- 1 T-Rex


10:45 AM
1 sm granny smith apple
4 egg whites
2 tbls flax meal
- 1 cardio breeze

1:15 PM – GYM
10 short sprints - every 30 sec
5 long sprints - every minute on the minute
10 min incline walking on the treadmill

I had an awesome workout today!! I could have gone longer, but I ran out of time :evil:


2:45 PM
3.5 oz grilled chicken breast
¾ cup broccoli, raw
¼ cup onions
¼ cup lettuce
- 1 sesapure
- 1 T-Rex


5:45 PM
1 tbls Fish Oil
Protein Shake (1 scoop) mixed with water
1 sm gala apple

8:30 PM
4 oz grilled chicken breast
1/5 cup onions
¼ cup lettuce
¾ cup green beans
1 slice provolone
- 1 sesapure

*8 liters of water
*1.75 liter of Green Tea


Total Calories = 1247
Protein 150g (50%)
Carbs 70g (16%)
Fat 40g (28%)
Fiber 16g

I completely FORGOT the provolone cheese last night!!! GRRRRRRRRR It messed up my macros and cals for the day :evil: Also, they didn't have green beans last night, so I had to settle for the raw broccoli instead. Though I can honestly say I was FULL last night for the first time in a LONG time!! ;)

*8.5 liters of water
*1.75 liter of Green Tea


Total Calories = 1120
Protein 143g (53%)
Carbs 68g (21%)
Fat 29g (23%)
Fiber 16g

Yes, the workouts have been better. I have had more energy and drive to push myself more so then I did before (if that makes any sense)! :verygood:

Thanks Buns! I wanted to get your opinion on something...Do you think that this new, higher cal diet will hinder my progress or make it slow down? I have only really added approximately 50 cals a day...
