Moderate Carb Day!
7:30 AM
9 egg whites
½ honeydew melon
1/3 cup oatmeal
- 1 sesapure
- 1 T-Rex
10:30 AM
1 sm gala apple
4 egg whites
2 Tbls Flax Meal
1:00 PM
3 oz boiled chicken breast
¼ cup spinach leaves
¼ cup onions
¼ avocado
1 slice provolone cheese
1 sm white potato
- 1 sesapure
- 1 T-Rex
3:00 PM – GYM
All sets where done for 5 reps:
Overhead squat: 55/65/78/90 – PR!!
Push Press: 43/55/60/73
Deadlift: 95/115/135/155 – PR!!
Set a new 1 rep max today = Deadlift: 185lbs(soooo could have done HEAVIER)
4:40 PM
PWO Shake (1 scoop) mixed with Gatorade and H20
6:00 PM (Plan on having for a snack)
1 sm banana
½ Tbls fish oil
8:30 PM (Plan on having for dinner)
3 oz boiled chicken breast
¼ cup onions
1/3 cup noodles
- 1 sesapure
*7 liters of water
*1 liter of Green Tea
Total Calories = 1398
Protein 139g (42%)
Carbs 115g (30%)
Fat 42g (27%)
Fiber 16g
