High Carb Day!! :dance2:

7:15 AM
9 egg whites
½ cup pineapple
1/3 cup oatmeal
- 1 sesapure
- 1 T-Rex


10:30 AM
1 sm apple
3 egg whites
11 almonds

1:00 PM – GYM
Weight: 126.4lbs
All sets were done for 5 reps
Squat: 65/80/98/115/133 - PR

Bench Press: 45/55/68/78/88 (failed after on the 4th and 5th rep)

Clean: 45/50/60/70/83 – PR (Last rep was just a power clean without the squat…(IP=MAD) Hopefully next week I can make the squat too.)


2:35 PM
PWO Shake (1 scoop) mixed with a little cranberry juice and water (they have been out of Gatorade so I have been forced to compromise!)
- 1 T-Rex

3:30 PM
3 oz boiled chicken breast
¾ cup broccoli, cooked
¼ cup onions
½ sm. white potato
- 1 sesapure

6:00 PM
1 sm apple

8:30 PM (MY PLANNED CHEAT MEAL!!) :elephant::elephant::elephant:
3 oz boiled chicken breast
2 slices of bread
2 cup tortilla chips
¼ cup salsa
A few onions
2 white macadamia nut cookies
- 1 sesapure
- 2 sprays of oxycalm
- 2 ZMA


*7 liters of water
*1.5 liter of Green Tea


Total Calories = 1538
Protein 137g (36%)
Carbs 156g (39%)
Fat 42g (24%)
Fiber 19g
