Ok, good things about food here.
Little easy open tins of tuna, exactly in the amount I need for a meal.
My very first time eating tuna out of a tin, and it wasn't hideous.
SO much food here is sneaky though, it LOOKS like it would be healthy and fit in with my diet, and then evaporated cane juice sugar or some other scary stuff like fractionated palm oil.
Also bread that is 'wholemeal' and the first ingredient is white flour.
Also what is the deal with diet drinks having high fructose corn syrup in them? How is that diet?
SNEAKY.
Dieting at home is easy, as I shop on the way home from the gym, and I only have a wee Tesco's metro, and it is really easy to grab the few things that I can eat, and there isn't shed loads of other goodies in the shop.
I did get a cool pair of Nike Air Rifts from Niketown for the same price I would get them on ebay in the UK
