Usually great, but today I spent all 8 hours of my workday trying to fix my computer. I took the weekend off and one of my jackass employees thought it would be a good idea to look at porn in my office on the computer. He found me a shitload of trojans and viruses, it literally took me all day to remove them.

don't count on it! 3 years ago i was set up and sued by a white male. he said he was offended by the " gay jokes" around the office.( he instigated most of them) just recently i fired a manager for bangin the help. i am a business owner so it is MY money!!! i hate giving a person 10k to keep it out of court ( court cost 50k-200k ) especially when i know i've been "fished" my motto is "the paranoid survive"

OMG, the FOOD!!!!!

It is absolutely bonkers, and I thought England was bad for yummy treats and sweets in the shops.

ALL the delis in NYC have all the USA goodies AND all the European goodies.

It is also quite amazing as some of them are also carrying protein bars and shake and so many sugar free/carb free/low fat things (even though most of them are still loaded full of other junk).

You can't go more than about 2 blocks without hitting a Starbucks.

Other cool things, so many flavours of diet drinks (I am going to try a diet Mountain Dew, I had a Diet Dr. Pepper cherry vanilla thing), Borders carries so many cool BBing mags I haven't seen before like Women's fitness and Fitness Rx for women.

Gold's gym is awesome, but a bit too hot. All the gyms I train in have no heating to speak of, and it does get pretty cold in the winter.


I am so glad I am on a comp diet so I am keeping things in check, but if I wasn't I would be trying everything and eating for England
