I went to leave the gym last night and.....

I get those in the arches of my feet when I diet. They have vitamins specifically for leg cramps on the vitamin aisle. =-)

or believe it or not...Walmart has a great selection of suppliments and vitamins. Well the Wal Marts in Canada anw ways.
Vitamin shops are way over-priced.
I look at bricks and mortars stores, anymore, as the place to pick up something I really want to try but don't want to buy in bulk. Most of the online places I deal with have very good selection but you only get free or reduced shipping if you're breaking a certain $$$ Vitamin Shoppes are a special vitamin store, I don't know if they're in Canada.

I'm in PA, I pay sales tax, so everything is overpriced IMO.

While I don't take an outrageous amount of vitamins (I dunno, is 22 to 24 pills or so a day a lot? bear in mind, since I do mostly whole food supplements and herbs, as opposed to individual nutrients, some things I have to take more than one pill/capsule of) some of the stuff I take is very ... obscure would be the best word. I have a bunch of weird allergies, in addition to being a sensitive celiac -- I can't touch wheat/gluten. You'd be amazed at how many vitamins you buy you look at don't have allergen information.

I think 22-24 vits a day is too many. A naturopath would not even put someone on that many vits a day. I think you should look into taking compound vits and or suppliments. Just my opinion
If you are in PA are you near a Trader Joes?
We have some good vitamin stores up here, but in all seriousness, I find the same stuff in walmart or my pharmacy. We are very health conscience up here so many places carry a large variety of supplements and vitamins that are hard to find elsewhere. I agree, the good reputable vitamins will be labeled with their content for ppl with allergies.

I only take a handful of supplements a day and each day I find them harder and harder to choke down.

Ilk turned me on to Sesapure, Thermorexin & Glucorell r and then I oh course take my multivitamin

I'll be damn!! Thought I was gonna be stuck there! I kept complaining I was getting a charlie horse in my feet but then when I went to push the clutch in my car.......oh the pain in my calve muscle...charlie horse!! I had to get out the car and try to work it out. I did enough to get me going but I had to push the gas in with my heel and not push clutch in all the way! That sucks!

I am allergic to bannanas and I take a daily multivitamin what else can I do to prevent these from happening? Oh and I pretty much only drink water, very seldom do I dring anything else.

I can ususally tell what is ailing people by a pic of you bending over with no pants on. PM me and I will tell you. Oh yeah and drink more water.

taurine works wonders... I would get intense cramps when I was training. Low potas... but with the diet my body just didn't cling well with bananna's or potas pills. Taurine was a life saver.

Thats what I was gonna suggest!!

Hope yr alright....

Taurine, huh? I won a bottle of that, along with some other stuff, from a drawing at the gym. I didn't know what it was for...lol.

I'm counting individual pills, literally. The things I'm taking don't come in compounds, I have some very specific health issues and it's taken a lot of time to work this "science" out. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone else, but I don't know anyone else whose health is as fubar'd as mine. I'm hypersensitive to a lot of stuff in addition to allergies, I literally can overdo vitamin supplements quite easily, so I have to take mostly neutriceuticals. Most whole food complexes are bulkier, requiring you to take multiple pills.

Probiotic complex 6 capsules
Garlic 2 capsules
Chlorella 4 caps
Wholefood complex (multivitamin) 4 caps
Digestive enzymes 3 or more (depends on meal #)
Coq 1
Fishoil 1
B100 1
Glucose regulator 4

As you see, almost entirely food supplements, NOT individual vitamins or minerals, except for the B100.

I do medical reports where people are taking that many prescription medications.

what the hell were you going to the gym for last night? were they giving away cookies or something?

Oh yeah, that's not a lot. I was thinking you were taking 24 diff things.
Are you Probiotics for candida related issues?
Do you take the b100 daily? I take b50 3 times a week. I find it was giving me brain-fog taking too much!
