Hey guys,
I need to thicken up my back bad. My lower back is a little weak do to a car accident a few years ago. I want to hammer out one of the lifts for a while to perfection before trying a new one. I was thinking of dead lifts but have no idea on proper form. Is there a good book,training video or other source of info I can view to learn from? What would you suggest?
