by the way im not a bro...

does that mean you are not a male? I'm not quite clear on that but i know that you defenitely shouldn't be taking DNP if you are a woman and even if you aren't a woman YOU aren't ready to take DNP yet... It is some harsh shit with some harsh side effects. DNP CAN kill you if taken incorrectly, so please don't try to get it without doing a SHITLOAD of research if you decide to go that route... Please stick around and try to get some solid info, the mods are all knowledeable people who are here to help YOU and many of the members are geniuses when it comes to helping people with cycles, dosages, diet and training...

YUM

cardio is first thing in the morning on empty stomach.
i also do weights first thing in the morning.
Is there any point doing two sessions per day? ie if ive already done cardio in the am is it pointless to do it at night as well?

Im doing low carbs
ie soy milk 1 apple in morn
rest of day is just salad and green veges

Hey Rez --

First I'm gonna say, spend some time checking out about diet. You're doing low carb and then bombing yourself w/ simple sugars in the morning and grazing the rest of the day??? First you will get a sugar spike and then you will starve but be really "regular". You need protein and some good complex carbs like sweet potatoes & brown rice. Oatmeal & maybe some eggwhites in the morning. I hope I'm not coming across as judging -- maybe you need to be more explicit w/ your diet & training regimen.

To lose bf, its a combo of cardio, intense lifting and diet - diet is ultimately the determiner. You can determine your caloric requirements by knowing your basal metabolic rate (BMR) and going from there. Check out this on www.about.com or search on the Elite search function.

To drop 5% bf, expect to spend a couple months getting your diet clean & suffient for you to process food efficiently. Training & diet need to be complete. Read WarLobo's post on "When 30+30 NOT = 60" on the Women's board. 45 - 60 min of cardio should be sufficient 4-5 x per week - doesn't have to be high speed, but does need to be intense -- like hard enough so that its hard to talk and do your cardio --e.g. set the treadmill on a high incline and walk fast.

Good luck -- spend some time researching and keep askin questions!
