im 153 and i actually am sick of being small. i wanna be atleast 175-180, 200 in the near future. dieting down to get a ripped six pack is nice (and i have done it for the first time in my life, at 130lbs i was at 6% bodyfat) but knowone even knows you workout unless you take your shirt off and some genetically gifted people out there who eat mcdonalds all day and are ripped are the same size as me. so fuck it, im gonna get BIG. for starters, my breakfast this morning was 1 scoop of whey as soon as i woke up, then 2 cups of oatmeal, with 1 packet of splenda, 2 slices of 100% whole wheat bread with 4 egg whites, 1 whole egg. im at 10 percent now im not gonna let myself get fat by shoving down mickey d's dollar double cheeseburger with big mac sauce (mmmm) those were the days, but im just gonna eat a shitload of chicken, whole wheat bread, yams, sweet potatoes, tuna, fish, peanut butter, cottage cheese, brown rice, everything ive been eating but times 3 in portion. im going to hit 180 and not look like a fat slob.
