im 153 and i actually am sick of being small. i wanna be atleast 175-180, 200 in the near future. dieting down to get a ripped six pack is nice (and i have done it for the first time in my life, at 130lbs i was at 6% bodyfat) but knowone even knows you workout unless you take your shirt off and some genetically gifted people out there who eat mcdonalds all day and are ripped are the same size as me. so fuck it, im gonna get BIG. for starters, my breakfast this morning was 1 scoop of whey as soon as i woke up, then 2 cups of oatmeal, with 1 packet of splenda, 2 slices of 100% whole wheat bread with 4 egg whites, 1 whole egg. im at 10 percent now im not gonna let myself get fat by shoving down mickey d's dollar double cheeseburger with big mac sauce (mmmm) those were the days, but im just gonna eat a shitload of chicken, whole wheat bread, yams, sweet potatoes, tuna, fish, peanut butter, cottage cheese, brown rice, everything ive been eating but times 3 in portion. im going to hit 180 and not look like a fat slob.
 
yeah i was at 160 and was tired of it as well.. do you have any time lines you wanna follow.. like 170 by xmas? or 180 by this time next year? or just gonna go at whatever speed it wants to?
 
ehh, i guess everyone has goals. my goal for now would be to get to atleast 180. im at 153 now. my long term goal is to be at 200 pounds ripped. i wanna gain as much solid mass from now until december. then january first, start getting cut for the summer (6 months should be plenty of time for me to lose fat without losing muscle. 170 by christmas sounds pretty nice, then cut to 160
 
Eat big, train hard, and keep your BF in check with cardio. I don't mean kill yourself running four miles a day, but on your off days do 20-30 minutes of low intensity cardio. This and a semi clean diet will keep your BF levels in check. Don't be afraid to put on a little fat, but try not to let your BF get above 15%.

Also I did not see you mention any fats in your diet. 1 gram of carbohydrates = 4 calories, 1 gram of fat = 9 calories. Fats are were it's at. Olive oil, fish oil, coconut oil, roasted and raw nuts, avocados, butter, these calories add up fast and will put weight on you. Try to keep those fats separate from high glycemic carbs and your post workout meal. Good luck.
 
It's all about diet. Increase your calorie intake.

i started cardio this week. i weight train mon-friday so im going on the treadmill for 20 minutes after my weights 4-5 times a week and i just bought a mountain bike to ride around, so a few times a week ill have a 45-60 minutes ride around my neighborhood, nothing crazy but ill break a mini sweat. i wish i knew how to post pics up so i can show you guys where im at, and that im not just telling everyone i eat clean. i wanna show you guys that i do eat really clean. and do i need to be platinum to post pics?

I don't know if non-plats can post pics or not. I do know that this is the best fitness site on the net and becoming Plat is a small price to pay to keep it up and running. Plus the additional features and the enhanced search are really worth it.
