Thank you for letting me share this simple but accurate way to count your calories. All you do is enter your current weight and it sets you up for a running total for the day. It is built this way so you can print it out each day and carry it with you. You must have a book of the nutrient makeup of food and a food scale (If you really want to be accurate) although you can guess pretty good.

Don't forget to change that weight at least once a week (you don't want to keep eating the same amount at a new weight, we want to continue to make progress/ not too fast and not too slow) and transfer each sheet into a folder so you can look back and get a true picture of how you have been eating vs. progression towards goal. And ladies, no forgetful
eating. What I mean by that is, we girls love to eat a little piece
of choclate and instantly put it out of our minds as to not feel guilty.
LOGG IT!

These nutrient intakes are accurate for most people and if you have not gotten to really know exactly how your body reacts to food (most people are not to this level)then do not change the sheet. However for those who really know and want to change the sheet, email me for the password.
