I need your opinion...

Good ole USA.

While brands vary, some met-rx bars - those without high fructose corn syrup - can be a good start. I suggest you go to an organic store and see if you can get a moderate protein, high-fiber MRPB.

It's on the front page, click the link yourself...also, in case you didn't know, FDA standards allow supplement companies to disguise soy protein as other "soy" based ingredients, just like natural and artificial flavors can be harmful food additives.

We've combined organically grown superfoods, soy protein, high energy herbal extracts and a little bit of honey to produce the only cold-processed, alkaline-forming green food bar. The GREENS+® Energy Bar contains no processed sugar, salt, corn syrup, hydrogenated oil, synthetic sweeteners, preservatives, or genetically modified foods of any kind. Available in natural and chocolate-coated flavors. If you're hungry and short on time, grab a nutrient-rich GREENS+® Protein Bar NOW!

Mr. X, I talked to someone and they told me the website has not been updated. The soy is in the energy bars, but if you look at what I posted that is what is currently in the protein bars.

How do you feel about them...

.

someone at the company?

Yes. I called there contact number and talked to a rep, and said the protein bars are fairly new. The energy bars have soy, and the protein bars are whey.

Again...What do you think about them?! :)

Relax bro....#1 soy is fine in moderation, I personally would go with any form of protein, but you arent gonna get tits from soy.

#2, Protein bars in general are supplements. Thats how they should be used. In emergencys only. Pack a ww sandwhich, make a whey/casein shake, plenty of other ideas you can explore.

I havent had a bar in years, but in a pinch, I would go with myoplex, detour oats, or nitrotech.....low sugar, high protein is what you want.

Definetly try to plan ahead your meals for the next day(s). As JKurz stated... even something as simple as a sandwich or some lean sliced meat in a baggy. You'll figure something out. The body was made to process whole foods... Bars taste nasty any way (for the most part).

It's a fairly balanced bar between p/f/c's, so I would say give it a go. :)

Thanks bro, I appreciate it. I've been searching for a decent bar for a while, and this seems to be the best I have found soo far :)
