I have decided that i am bulked up enough for now, and i need some definition, i am sick of my stomach pudgeness. I am 5'7, at 160, and i just want to keep my muscle mass, but lower my BF drastically. How can I lower my bodyfat, but not lose too much muscle? Also, can i continue to do my bulk workout so i keep getting stronger while i cut? Like i have no idea what to do, how should i eat? Like should i go all out and do a keto diet, or just eat a shit load of chicken and tuna and stuff? thanks.
