Ok i have worked out since High school but really have only been into it hardcore for a few months now and i never really worked Triceps to much now i do the pulldowns close grip and all those but what other Good tricep exercises are there,My Bicep keeps growing but not my Tricep it's going to look kind of stupid pretty soon.

The king of the mass builders for tri's are close grip bench, weighted dips, and skull crushers

it's basically an extension done from the forehead. close grip the bar, an e-z bar works best and lay on a bench. bring the bar down to your forehead and using only your triceps with your elbows at about a 45 degree angle, press it back up so it looks like you just finished a close grip bench

close grip block presses, weighted dips, french presses, tate presses, decline skulls

Couple things to remember on skulls: keep your upper arms stationary, do not swing the bar up from behind your head. Keep your elbows in, do not flare them out. Form is more important than weight in this excercise.
