I need some help

Hey ..now i need some help becoming abit bigger ..not huge just getting lean and having some muscle mass..I am 17 i am 6 ft and weigh 150 work out everyday not much with weights..i dont really no shit about shit when it comes to that...how much protein should i get? and how much daily calories should i get..and how fat in grams should intake lol.

i dont really know shit..so lol if you can help out I appreciate it :fro:
 
1 gram per lb of LBM is recommended for an athlete. if you're on anything 2 grams per LB of LBM is a good idea. I'd guess your LBM is about 130 or so.

Calories are a toss up. Write down how many calories you eat in a normal day, do that for 5 days or so then get an average. However, if you've lost alot of weight that probably wont work as you will be eating more than you need if you let yourself eat whatever you want.
