i need help

i need help with finding good diet to make me lose weight fast im 22 6'3 280lbs and im pretty much fat i lift weights 4 to 5 times a week but i have no diet i dont eat a ton of food just know i should eat better but does anyone have an idea of what diet i should try? or anything kind of traing that would help thatnks alot
 
well for a simple easy start something like this will help.

get up in the morning ad do some kind of cardio for 30-45 minutes before you eat. then for food eat 5 or 6 small meals every day. each meal should have some lean fish, chicken, or beef for protein. green veggies for fiber, carbs and other vital nutrients and a small hand ful of nuts for healthy fat. drink a large glass of water with every meal. for a treat every day have a crystal light. try to avous all the sauces as much as you can seasonings like ms dash will be better.

forget the cycle thing for now. thats a few steps ahead. first the weight loss. gradual not fast is what you want. then you have to develop a dieting and training patern that is effective for you to build muscle, then you need to spend some time getting as mujch as you can natty. once your there then worry about the cycle.

forget the diet aids. not only are they unhealthy but you cant stay on them forever and they lose their effectiveness over time. the end result is your weight loss will solely depend on what diet aids your on and what dosage. trust me forget about them. just work on diet and training. get your health back, get in shape, have fun with it. get into cooking and experimenting with different healthy recipe's make up your own stuff. this is what its all about making it a hobby that you enjoy. if you can do that you will have a 100% chance of success.

make the changes gradual dont starve yourself. ease into the cardio to. depending on what kind of condition your in you may want to consider starting with walking then ease into jogging. maybe every other day at first then go 2 on 1 off once your used to it.
