I was wondering what a good workout routine is, I'm currently following kris gethin's 12 week routine, but i don't see any exercises that work forearms or the traps, i want a good routine that works all the muscle groups, since this is going to take a year to do and i'd like to do build muscle as fast as I can and i'm a ectomorph. I just want to be bigger, my arm is 11 inches and I want to be 17 inches and be able to increase the size of my whole body i weigh 173 pounds and wanting to weigh around 200 to 210 for my goal.
