I need a good RTD Shake

I need a good "ready to drink" shake that has lots of protein and carbs in it. Something I can grab from the fridge and down on my way to work in the morning.

I know I should use powders but I don't currently have access to a kitchen/sink/blender/dishwasher. I only have a fridge and an oven. It's a long story.

I was looking at the Atkins, EAS, and MetRx RTD shakes but I really would rather have something that has more carbs in it along with something like 40g protein. I need all the calories I can get. Need more of a weight gainer w/protein kinda thing.

Any help would be most appreciated!

Thanks

Chicken and tuna are great and taste much better than either the powders or the shakes.

The problem is that they're hard to eat while driving and I really am looking for something with like 600+ calories in it. I'm having trouble getting in all the cals and protein I need.

I think I'm gonna go with the 'Worldwide Sports Size Up' weight gainer and just mix it up the night before in my bathroom. It seems to have a lot of cals and protein in it. We'll see.

EAS used to make a good RTD shake with mostly weigh. These were the bigger boxes. They stopped making them. The small ones are good flavor wise, but the protein is a lot of milk protein. I don't think they are as good now.

There is another company that is making Whey protein shakes with one catch --- you ad the fluid (water or milk) - it is basically powder in a plastic jug. You may just want to make your own...get some plastic jugs (maybe like to 12-14 oz empty milk ones), clean them out, dry thoroughly, then add your protein powder in each one. That way they are ready to go, accept for the adding of fluid. You could get some carb powder and add into it.

PS: Karma is always welcome here!

arent those drinks $$$. the rtd are the ones at the supp store that are in the frige right?

they're mega expensive
why dont you just get a sports bottle and mix up a normal whey shake and take that with you, just shake and drink, then wash it when u get home

ya i never have used anything other then simple whey and some carbs p/w. should i look into a special p/w shake?
