db incline curls 3 sets x 7-10 reps (4-0-1)
drag curls 3 sets x 7-10 reps (2-1-1)
db hammer curls 3 sets x 7-10 (3-0-1)
in the same workout,work your tri's like this...

california press 3 sets x 7-10 reps (4-0-1)
inlined rope extensions 3 sets x 7-10 reps (3-0-1)
db overhead ext's 3 sets x 7-10 reps (2-0-2)
