I just had a quality experience w/ Dell Tech Support!

I bought my Dell laptop over 2 yrs ago & have used the shit out of it - like 12 hrs / day since I bought it - its been my "work" laptop for 2 of the last 3 jobs I've done. Lately the damn keys have been falling off - usually I can stick them back on, but tonite the "L" made its escape and has become un-re-stickable.

I have the extended warranty - I got on Hardware Support Chat and IM'd w/ a nice Tech Support guy named Babu (somewhere in Mumbai I'm sure). It took about 4 minutes to actually get on chat w/ an agent but 5 minutes later he sent me the response info and said a new keyboard will be shipped in 2 business days. The only stinker is that the weekend makes that "2 business days" really 4 days. If I dont' go nutz trying to type w/ the vacant "L" key, I'lll be fine
