I HIT 100Kg (210lb)!!

Hello gang

Hit a personal Best today!

Benched 100Kg! (210lbish)

10 days ago, before i started my cycle, i was benchin 80 - 85kg, Its gradually increased..and today i went for the 100 and got it.

I didnt do anything else, as i trained hard yesterday, so i didnt want to overtrain, so i just did a quick chest blast as follows :

65kg - 13reps
75kg - 10reps
85kg - 8reps
95kg - 4reps
100kg - 2reps
110kg - Couldnt move the bar! :)

Will try for a PB on squats tommorrow. It currentally stands at 70kg (150lbish) and i have already beat my Curl PB

I guess the only way from here is UP UP UP UP BABY! ;)

I will be hitting my 1rm again for compound movments in 2 weeks or so, will just be training heavy up to then

I always messed up with the Kg->lbs conversion last summer when I went to sweden. I would sit there and look at the dumbells for a second then just be like "fuck it, i'll try it and see how heavy it feels". Congrats on the 220 lbs bench, how much do you weigh?

At the moment i weigh 187lb with 13 - 14%BF

Hoping to be 220lb+ at the end of my cycle in 8 weeks

I would hope he included the weight of the bar. Thats a good bench...30 lbs over bodyweight, and if you really do get up to 220 lbs then you will prob be pushing some serious weight. Just watch you dont get hurt, rapid strength gains can sometimes get people aiming a little too high. I would say keep it at 3 reps and up for a few weeks then test yourself again.
 
Reivog, good accomplishment bro, when on cycle try to increases weight smartly like Greak Freak recommended. I really recommend that you try to build up lagging bodyparts while on cycle... Keep it up, and kep posting results....

BTW, you probably can bench even more b/c you went from 100-110kg, this is a 22lb jump! I usually do 5lb jumps on ME type PRs. You did 220lbs for 2, you can probably do at least 230lbs.:)

Congrats on the bench. How much do you weigh? 2 yrs ago I weighed 130lb and benched 265lb (without bench shirt). It's cool to have the whole gym come watch you do your chest workout but not cool when you tear something or bounce the bar off your chest and crack a sternum. You will just end up starting all over again. I'm sure this has probably been covered already but when you do a cycle your muscles grow a lot faster then yor tendons and that causes injury when you push too hard. Just practice good form or it really doesn't count. Keep us posted.
