insomnia and anxiety is a bitch
biteme said:Yes they are. Hit me in my early 30's. Came on like a hurricane. Didn't know wtf was wrong with me. I was constantly worried about the health of my daughter and it made me sick. It felt like electodes were hooked to my head all night long. My head was just buzzing and I couldn't sleep a wink. Sucked. Klonopin will take care of that, but only if it's severe enough that you need it.
biteme said:I had to go help my brother last night with a problem, stayed up all night and had to be at work at 8am. It hasn't hit me yet. Maybe the training has paid off. Extra running lately. I did it last year, but not for that long and was totally exhausted.
biteme said:It just hit me. I nearly blacked out and forgot where I was for a second. Off to bed for some deep, sound sleep hopefully.![]()
