I think I should be exhausted, but I'm not. It will probably hit me hard when it does. Any of you ever do this?

Can I ask why 30h?

I had to go help my brother last night with a problem, stayed up all night and had to be at work at 8am. It hasn't hit me yet. Maybe the training has paid off. Extra running lately. I did it last year, but not for that long and was totally exhausted.

I do this from time to time when I cant sleep, some weeks Ill pull a hour or two sleep a night and it hits me at the end of the week.

insomnia and anxiety is a bitch

Yes they are. Hit me in my early 30's. Came on like a hurricane. Didn't know wtf was wrong with me. I was constantly worried about the health of my daughter and it made me sick. It felt like electodes were hooked to my head all night long. My head was just buzzing and I couldn't sleep a wink. Sucked. Klonopin will take care of that, but only if it's severe enough that you need it.

Few weeks back I had a week when I only slept about 3,5 - 5 hours every night. It was bad. Now I'm back 6 hours/night which is perfect for me.

It just hit me. I nearly blacked out and forgot where I was for a second. Off to bed for some deep, sound sleep hopefully. :)

yeah, try working 12 hour shifts at night, then having to get things done during the day then doing it all again...I think my record is something like 49 hours (not that I am trying to set any "records").

why would radar sleep? He's got EF to attend to, always. The AAS board is filled with trouble makers.
