I have this problem at work due to the overflowing candy dishes & trips to Costco for giant tubs of bad things that my coworkers do......I had 10 mini PB cups in 1 day alone on Friday!!

I'm going to try the Crystal Light, but so far even SF Jello & SF/FF pudding hasn't helped me......know how you feel dude...

Also, No-Sugar Jello is good. With No-Fat Cool Whip is is heavenly.
