I have a problem, maybe you can help.

Lately I haev been very good as far as caloric and macronutrient intake during the workday.

However for some reason when I get home I get these irresistible urges for sugary things and unhealthy foods.

It's really weird. I end up doing really well during the day and pretty much ruin it at night.

Anyone else have this problem? What did/do you do to fix it?
 
for sugar, crystal light works wonders. aside from that, the first few days of dieting and eating really clean are tough. i feel like a heroin addict going cold turkey.

Try 5-HTP
Are you overtrained ?
Do you sleep well/enough ?
 
exact same problem here, and i agree that crystal light works wonders. Im still wroking at it, but it takes time. Just stay dedicated.
 
Get the bad shit out of your residence. If you only have quality food stuff then you cannot go wrong.

I've tried 5-HTP before, worked OK I am on an SSRUI so serotonin levels shoudl not be an issue.

Definitely not overtrained!

And yes I am a sleep Nazi!
 
So mybe it is just time for a refeed

Plenty of carbs for 1 meal/day
