Lately I haev been very good as far as caloric and macronutrient intake during the workday.
However for some reason when I get home I get these irresistible urges for sugary things and unhealthy foods.
It's really weird. I end up doing really well during the day and pretty much ruin it at night.
Anyone else have this problem? What did/do you do to fix it?
