I have a chance to go to Amsterdam next week but it cold as hell and raining. Should I go?

I have the chance to go to Amsterdam and Sweden with my brother and my cousin who is going on business. I want to go but the temperature is like 36 degrees and it's suppose to be raining the whole time. Is it wirth goin like when it's cold ass winter time? Anyone ever been?

Go dude its the cannibus cup. make sure you hit up the katsu its by the hieniken brewery. It's the best coffe shop in amsterdam they specialize in hazes and excelent bubble hash.
