I just wraped a piece of paper around my wrist and it went over about a half inch... the 8.5" part... it's how I measure.
In 8.5 and 11" sections of sliced paper. LOL ... so it looks like my wrists are around 8"... but my biceps aren't to fucking big... they are around 17"-17.5"... no where near my goal of 22" or what I think is "big" at 25"
