And 6'' wrists, I know the wrist to biceps ratio thing may be a pile of bunk, but can someone please tell me what my biceps max out on according to this?

Tnx a lot.

max out on what? and its about impossible to guesstimate based on size, even if you did know bf%, etc.

tell us your goals and your experience and what your diet looks like

well no doubt a 6" wrist isn't going to make it easy to get a pair of guns. i have a 6" wrist and started out with forearms that would make good coffee stirrers. my biceps started out at around 13 maybe 13.5" and the addition of 35lbs to my frame has added a couple of inches to the bis.
there's not a set max that your biceps are going to grow to. if you continue to put on weight, your arms will continue to grow along with the rest of your body. but if you look at yourself in the mirror and see your arms lagging way behind, the odds are that they aren't ever going to be a body part that sticks out on you. just keep eating and training and you'll thicken them up.

My bf is about 13% measured with the bio electrical impedence thingy (Omron BF302). And I'm about 155lbs, 5'9'' (177cm)

In the winter I eat as much as I feel like, and allow some cheating to up the kcals. Around february I start eating really clean, but I don't diet like most people here, e.g. counting kcals and so on. I just make sure to get lots of protein, lots of low GI karbs and as little fat as possible (plus essential fatty acids supplemented).

I think i've overtrained by bi's for years. These days I just do a few sets of biceps curling in the chins rack (i.e. underhand grip glose grip pullups) and one or two sets of hammer curls following every back w/o and they grow quite nicely (albeit very slowly). I dont have an "arm day" any more.

I do forearm work as well, no straps deadlifts, gripper work and curls. I've always wondered if you can grow bigger wrists doing forearm work, anyone have any info on this?

try this for 6 months, Squat and eat, deadlift and eat, bench and eat, military press and eat, chins and eat.... all of these should be done intensly even theeating part and watch your body grow

Lord_Suston: This I have done for about 18 months. I just found out my calves have grown almost exactly one cm since December 2001. This is good news isn't it? Just have to keep that growth rate for five more years now...
