No, there was nothing wrong with it, I mentioned something unimportant and talked about a band that was playing here locally. That was it. I didn't keep harassing her LOL. I deleted her number from my phone.

Truthfully, you shouldn't give a shit or micromanage your texting habits or interactions with women. The mistake most guys make is trying to cater to a certain chick or putting stock in the actions of 1 specific girl.
I just say whatever the fuck I'd normally say and if a girl doesn't dig it and see my value, then it saves me from wasting my time to begin with.

Yea im talkin more like flirting and all the other shit over text. You cant make physical contact, you cant riase or lower your tone, etc. but I know what ur saying, I do that now. I just text what I would text anyway and if they dont dig it then fuck them

Oh for sure. Textinf is a completely different form of interaction. That's why you need to be over the top because perception can be off base. You're still communicating the same message, but if you're slightly over the top you make it so your intent is understood. Nothing wrong with clarity in what you're trying to convey.
