Yes i can do this intermitted fasting forever because it's been working for me. I went from 249.5 to 220lbs and i feel better than ever. I will continue to do this diet to get me down to about 195lbs and than use it to maintain that weight. If anyone tell you that I.F. is bullshit fad diet give it a try for yourself.

Thanks! I almost shit a brick this morning when i stepped on the scale and it was 218.6 lbs. It's been over 7 years since my weight been in the teens. Eventhough i fast during the day i still eat very clean when i come off my fast. Fish,chicken and lean meat is what i love to eat. Im now eating a lot of organic foods and i feel better than ever. I think i have another 4 months before i get to 195 but im not in any rush.

there ya go man. its more simple then people think UNLESS they have thyroid problems but most people do not but through poor diet will create thyroid problems.

lots of green veggies and cleansing foods. organic is A+++.. a trick i tell people is watermelon and organic sleepytime green tea before bed. it will cleanse you all night, you will piss out a lot of junk and wake up thinner... you will pee a lot though thats the downside.
 
man I just started IF a cpl of days ago with keto (cuz I was keto for three weeks before this) and I can NOT get any calories in

I came in at under 1000 cals today...Im seriously not fricken hungry at all
I don't even know how to add in some fricken carbs...everything smells bad to me

My I.F is very simple man, I eat very clean at 9pm everyday and thats it for the day. I get all my calories in after i lift weights. I have greater strengh and energy while lifting on an empty stomach. I do drink amino acid all through the day and take multivitamins.
