??? Did you scroll down? You can choose Ahi Tuna, Yellowfin, Albacore, chunk light ... and I just put in a weight and 12 oz then tried different tuna and it did calculate different percentages.

I'm not saying it's the end all and be-all, sugar, but I've seen other mercury calculators they're all about the same.

I try to stick with wild salmon personally

I'll just be a walking thermometer, belch you the barometric pressure :)

tuna is fuckin disgusting. I can only handle white tuna, and that costs the same as canned chicken. Therefore, I eat the canned chicken.

I looked again Musclemom, this time I saw chunk light, I apologize and it was pretty accurate. I'm at 130% of my EPA recommended limit. Ohfugginwellimgonnadie :(

Naaa, you won't die ... you'll just get stupid

:( switch up the fish a little, throw in some salmon and trout, talipea (sp?) sardines even. Hell you live you live by the ocean! I would think fresh seafood should be cheap and plentiful for you!

I do eat tilapia, cobia and grouper. I just eat a lot of canned tuna as well, quick, easy to pack in a lunch and won't spoil if it sits in my vehicle for a couple hours.

I've never heard of cobia .. new one on me.

Once the fish is cooked it's all good, y'know? What I like to do? Have some steamed salmon, have precooked rice and steamed broccoli, dump the lot into a tupperware, you can eat it hot, cold or tepid, all good.

Damn, I should go cook some rice, now I'm hungry :lmao:
