i am on a cutting diet right now and cant lose anymore fat. im 5'6, i weigh 136, bodyfat is about 9-10%. i started at 148.8lbs a month and a half ago and my body fat was 13-14%. i do 30 minutes of cardio every morning on an empty stomach, i do sprint, walk, sprint walk, etc. i weight train 5 days a week. one muscle per day. i train my abs 5 days a week with my weight workout. 2 weeks ago i dropped to 141, and it stopped around there, i started taking vasopro in the morning before my cardio and then before my workout. now im up to 50mg of ephedrine/400mg of caffeine in the morning before cardio and the same dose for before workout. that means im taking 100mg of ephedrine a day which i hear is the max. my diet is extremely clean. low carb/high protein. heres my diet:

right after morning cardio, ill eat 1 cup of oatmeal and 8 egg whites.

2 and a half hours later, ill drink a whey protein shake with some whole almonds(half a handful, less then 1/2 cup)

after i workout, which is 2 and a half hours after my protein shake, ill eat 6 oz of grilled chicken

2 and a half hours later, another shake

2 and a half hours later, ill have another piece of chicken, same as lunch.

then another shake before bed
my shakes are 120 calories with 24 grams of protein.

basically, im trying to get my lower abs. my top 4 abs are actually really ripped since i have started my diet a month and a half ago. before my diet, i had no visible abs. i feel like all the fat is coming off my top stomach area and the rest of my body but not my lower abs and obliques. im very frustrated, considering my diet is low in carbs and calories, and i don't cheat, at all. can someone please help me out?

136 sounds very low. What you are missing are carbs in your diet! Add a serving of fibrous carbs with your meals. When I'm cutting, I usually start to do more cardio throughout time. The more muscle you have, the more fat you burn off so you might need to work a little harder with your cardio. Some days I find myself doing aerobics and jogging 6 miles as well as weight training in the evening (even though I'm sure some will claim I'm doing TOO much cardio, regardless my performance in the gym is just as good as ever).

It would help if you provide A.) how many calories you're eating B.) how much protein C.) how much fat & D.) how many carbs you're eating on a regular basis.

im already doing cardio 6 times a week, in the morning on an empty stomach for 30 minutes. plus i do weight training 5 days a week, monday to friday, chest day, legs day, arms day, shoulders, and back. i also do abs monday through friday with supersets of 4 exercises, 3 sets.

A) 1200 calories per day
B) 171 grams of protein
C) about 12-15 grams of fat from the chicken and shakes
D) from my morning oatmeal and theres 3 grams of carbs each from each of my shakes, so about 36-38 grams of carbs per day. i know its low.

1200 cal's is pretty low, even for a 136 pound guy. 36-38 g of carbs per day is not good at all. You need more fibrous carbs such as veggies to your meals. You should be eating about triple of the carbs you're currently eating now. Also, like I said, you will need to do little more cardio throughout time. If you're doing 30 minutes, aim for an hour but slowly build to that.

too many shakes imo.

i would also add a pm session of cardio in addition to your am.

45mins each time.
