I'm on hoodia (dietex) and it already helps a lot.
But I discovered something cool! See i'm not all looks and shit.
If i'm ever HUNGRY at work, and want to eat, and i'm in danger of eating a choclate bar or pizza slice or some shit --- i drink a big glass full of whey protein (vanilla from vitamin world) with water.
200 calories, protein, lots of good stuff and boom - hunger gone.
Amazing huh? I now take my protein to work. To cut down on mid-afternoon hunger pangs, and i'm all surrounded by fatty office worker food choices.
Hungry again? Boom - another large glass.
For women - you can have those slimfast shakes or whatever. I can now tell this tip to my personal training clients.
